Scrap Collection Associate

Kabedwoul is seeking motivated Scrap Collection Associates to collect scrap materials from customers. This is a commission-based role for individuals with own transport (bike, car, or van) to facilitate timely and efficient pickups. You will use the Kabedwoul app on your smartphone to manage collections and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect scrap materials (metal, paper, plastic, etc.) from customers as scheduled.

• Record collection details and update customer data through the Kabedwoul app.

• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

• Ensure safe and timely transport of collected scrap.

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for daily assignments and routes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8th pass or equivalent.

• Must have an Android or smartphone.

• Must have own transport for scrap pickups.

• Good communication and basic record-keeping skills.

• Physically fit to handle scrap materials.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay – earnings depend on quantity and type of scrap collected.
