Scorecard Design and Management Analyst

As a Hands-On Senior Full Stack Data Engineer and Architect at Citi, you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting high performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics used by senior stakeholders across our Banking and International (B&I) franchise. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams from B&I Data and subject matter experts from Risk/Finance/Technology to design, validate, develop, and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) and ready to deploy solutions. Key responsibilities of this role include designing, building, and enhancing high-performance, data-intensive solutions throughout the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition to visualization and distribution. You will also be involved in building and improving data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analyzing project deliverables and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry, with a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. Effective communication skills and the ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels are essential. You should also possess a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Furthermore, your qualifications should include experience in building RESTful APIs/GRAPHQL services, developing modern web interfaces using JS frameworks like React/Angular, writing clean and well-tested code, and implementing CI/CD Pipelines. Familiarity with ETL processes, task/job schedulers, and data science concepts with open-source libraries is also beneficial.
