Scorecard Design and Management Analyst - AVP, C12 - Banking & International, Pune

As a Senior Data Scientist and Architect at Citi, your role will involve architecting high performance Analytical Dashboard & Performance Metrics for senior stakeholders across the Banking and International (B&I) franchise. You will collaborate with teams from B&I Data, Risk, Finance, and Technology to design, validate, develop, and deploy minimum viable products (MVP) and ready-to-deploy solutions. Your innovative ideas will contribute to the development of impactful analytical dashboard solutions for international business clients in areas such as investing, trading, consumer lending, and cash management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions through the entire data lifecycle including acquisition, rendering, visualization, and distribution. - Improve existing data quality processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports. - Lead a versatile team of junior data scientists, analysts, and engineers. - Collaborate with multiple data teams and departments to plan and analyze project deliverables and processes. - Coordinate work within the team or project group, escalating issues as needed in a timely manner. - Prework on the governance agenda and highlight relevant dependencies and risks for senior management review. **Qualifications:** - 11+ years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and solution design. - Effective communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape, report design, and strong analytical skills. - Excellent proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau. - Knowledge of reading/writing to database systems, ETL processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Familiarity with Java, web development frameworks, and implementing Data Science concepts. - Adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic. **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree, master's degree preferred.
