SCM Warehouse - Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Adhering to the standard operating procedures, guidelines and cGMP/ EHS requirement.

2. Execute assigned activities throughout the 06 months tenure without any non- compliances.

3. Involve in Monthly and Quarterly Physical Stock Verification activities at FG.

4. Preparation and revision of Dispatch Records.

5. Co-ordinating with QA for DR review, approval and effectiveness.

6. Execution of the Checklist, Annexures, Protocols and Logs as per the procedure.

7. Preparation, usage and consumption of disinfect solution preparation.

8. Monitoring of Housekeeping activities and FG Area readiness for Tertiary packing.

9. Handling of standard weights and perform Weighing balances Verification checks.

10. Receipt and verification of FG Batch details against the FGTN.

11. DRs requisition and Issuance from QA Documentation.

12. Supporting the Team members in performing Day-to-day activities.

13. Perform Tertiary packing activities such as weighing, labelling and TOR updation.

14. Activation of Data Loggers and update the details in the Temprecorder Sheet.

15. Operation of Pallet aggregation system and semi-automatic conveyor machine.

16. Arrangement of FG Batches against the Dispatch plan.

17. Conduct pre-condition checks for reefer Vehicle/ container before loading.

18. Loading of FG batches into the reefer Vehicle/ container against the Invoice documents.

19. Data logger reconciliation and pallet occupancy status updation.

20. Involving in end-to-end operations carried out at FG warehouse.

21. Update and maintain of FG Warehouse MIS workbook on daily basis.

22. Training on all the SOPs and Protocols relevant to FG Operations.

23. Reporting of non-compliance and discrepancies observed during operations.
