The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and develop a team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes. Develop and manage the supply chain budget. Coordinate logistics and transportation activities. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Manage warehouse operations and inventory control. Develop and maintain supply chain documentation and records. Conduct supplier audits and assessments. Implement sustainability initiatives in the supply chain. Manage reverse logistics and returns processes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in ECE /supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or diploma in ECE Experience in supply chain management, specifically in electronics, PCB, and mechanical components purchases will be a plus. Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and develop a team. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills. Experience with supplier relationship management. Knowledge of inventory management and optimization techniques.
