SCM Master Data Analyst

As a Master Data Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all supply chain systems. You will be tasked with developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality master data. In the realm of Data Quality Assurance, you will conduct regular data quality audits, resolve discrepancies, and implement data validation and cleansing processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to identify and rectify data issues effectively. Process Improvement will be a key focus area, where you will analyze current master data processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement process improvements to streamline data management activities. Additionally, providing training and support to end-users on data governance best practices will be part of your role. Your duties will also involve Reporting and Analysis, including generating and analyzing reports on master data metrics and KPIs. Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making will be crucial, along with monitoring and reporting on data governance compliance and performance. Collaboration and Communication skills will play a significant role in your daily tasks. You will work closely with IT, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment on data governance initiatives. Effective communication of data governance policies and procedures to stakeholders and acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve data-related issues will be essential. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of overall work experience in SAP Material Management Module is required, along with a strong understanding and capability of analyzing SAP tables. Possessing SAP MM certification would be advantageous, and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Celonis is considered a bonus.,
