We have unique expertise in the fields of primary, progenitor cell/tissue based platform production, characterization, supply and the specialty in vitro testing services to guide the users’ preclinical exploratory research requirement spanning the drug, vaccine, and cosmetics industry. Qualification :

PhD or equivalent degree with 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/preclinical CRO industry in the field of invitro assay development.

Required skills

¨ Responsible for planning, execution, and collaborator satisfaction of in vitro assays projects, including setting project priority and delivery timelines.

¨ Good knowledge is considered for the person having experience in virology, understanding the host virus interaction.

¨ Provide the technical clarity in execution of the project.

¨ Excellent knowledge of various in vitro assay systems and tools used for data interpretation.

¨ Experience in Cellular or Molecular Immunology, Tissue culture techniques, handling infectious agents.

¨ Knowledge of computer applications and data management.

¨ Interact closely with teams for smooth delivery of projects.

¨ Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and discuss regularly with team in regard to the status of projects, potential issues and plans.

¨ Regular/periodic update on studies & interpretation of data to research partners.

¨ Identify and mitigate project risks. Review projects periodically with project managers / team against project plan and timelines as per research partner requirements.

¨ Monitor on-going studies for quality and guide team as may be required

¨ Maintain and ensure strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.

¨ Develop necessary SOPs to ensure safety in the area of work and ensure that they stay current
