Reporting to the Manager of R&D Essential Health, this role is based in Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires full-time onsite work. As an R&D Scientist - Womens Health, you will work under the guidance of the R&D Manager, Womens Health, in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include executing research and development projects focused on womens health, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, staying updated on the latest advancements in womens health research, analyzing complex data to draw conclusions, and presenting research findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will independently identify, assess, and develop new scientific concepts and technologies for Womens Health, conduct complex projects, and maintain accurate project records. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research and development, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in Femcare product designing and end-to-end prototype development for sanitary pads and diapers will be preferred. Desired qualifications include a background in Engineered Products, Textiles, or Materials, as well as experience in developing and implementing products across the womens health portfolio.
