1. Carrying out reactions in the Solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) up to 30 to 40 mer.
2. Having the expereince with various type of peptide acid and amide resins (2 CTC, Rink amide AM, Rink amide MBHA, Wang, Siber Resins)
3. Carrying out the reactions of resin clevage, Global deprotection, Quenching/neutrallization and isolaion techniques.
4. Having knowledge in different modifications in SPPS such as Disulfide bridging, lactamization, cyclization.
5. Knowledge for selection of desired peptide synthesis like seliction of resin, protecting groups, coupling reagents, solvents, cleveage cocktails and deprotecting conditions.
6. Carrying out the peptide reactions in solution phase (LPPS) and having experience with Fmoc and Boc approaches.
7. Conducting literature survey for the peptide synthesis in both SPPS and LPPS technologies.
8. Having experience with Automated peptide synthesizers for SPPS synthesis.
9. Having experience with Microwave peptide synthesizers (CEM, Liberty blue)
10. Conducting couplings and decouplings in manual peptide reactors (1 to 10 L synthesizers).
11. Creating experiments in eLN and maintaining online documentation in eLN
12. Support for the execution of Peptides in GMP plants.
13. Ensuring proper safety procedures to avoid incidents in lab and scale up
