You will be joining Be Clinical, a company dedicated to creating a science-backed, clinical-grade, anti-aging skincare brand tailored for the modern Indian consumer. Your role as a Scientific Researcher in New Delhi will involve conducting laboratory experiments, writing research papers, collaborating with fellow scientists, and innovating new skincare formulations. Working closely with the product development team, you will ensure that all products meet clinical standards and deliver effective results. To excel in this role, you should possess laboratory experience, skills in experimental design and data analysis, scientific writing proficiency, and a knack for research paper publication. Knowledge in formulation development, skincare product testing, collaboration, and teamwork is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ideally, experience in the skincare or pharmaceutical industry. A Masters or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field would be advantageous.,
