Eligibility criteria
? Educational Qualification: Candidate must have a background in pure sciences with
a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
? Communication Skills: Strong command over English, both written and verbal, to
create and review academic content effectively.
? Technical Proficiency: Basic technical skills to work with Microsoft office and
presentation ai tool.

Subject Expertise Mastery of the science subject, clarity in concepts, and ability to
simplify for students.

Design content that is interactive, and inclusive.
Academic research
and Content
Alignment
Ensure all content is curriculum-aligned
(CBSE/ICSE/NCERT/SCERT) and meets defined learning
objectives.
Content
Development and
review
Develop age-appropriate, workbooks, and science-based
assessments and review and validate content for accuracy.
Assessment Design Design formative and summative assessments (MCQs, True/False,
short/long answers) along with period plans, experiment activities.
Collaboration Work with academic coordinators, designers, and other SMEs to
ensure consistent academic quality.
