Location: Kurali Branch (Head Office: Mohali)

Requirements

• Education: Masters is Must (Ph.d will be given preference)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Ability to explain academic programs clearly and handle student/parent queries effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding admission processes, course offerings, and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct admission presentations, tele-counseling, and walk-in interactions.
• Manage and follow up on student inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Assist in admission events, orientations, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate admission records, applications, and student databases.
• Collaborate with the teaching and administrative staff for smooth student onboarding.
• Contribute to enrollment targets by ensuring timely closures of admissions.
