School Teachers1. Mathematics M.Sc with B.Ed. Qualification to teach Secondary and Senior Secondary classes. 2. Teachers to teach Pre-Primary classes Graduate with B.Ed. / NTT Responsibilities:Instruction & Curriculum:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons for Secondary and Senior Secondary classes, adhering to the prescribed curriculum ([mention board, e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc.]).Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure conceptual clarity.Integrate technology and real-world applications to make mathematics relevant and interesting. Ensure coverage of all syllabus topics within the stipulated timeframe. Assessment & Evaluation:Design and administer fair and effective assessments (quizzes, tests, projects, exams) to evaluate student learning and progress.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to aid their academic improvement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance. Analyze assessment data to identify areas for student support and curriculum refinement. Classroom Management:Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that promotes student engagement and respect.Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure an optimal learning atmosphere.Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset in students. Student Support & Development:Identify students who may require additional support and provide remedial instruction or differentiated learning strategies.Encourage student participation in mathematical competitions, clubs, and activities.Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development.
