Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers to enhance teaching standards and student learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes discipline, inclusivity, and student engagement.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the school management.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE/state board regulations and school policies.
• Oversee admissions, budgeting, infrastructure development, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching and school administration.
• A Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with faculty, students, and parents.
