Student Counseling : Provide one- on- one counseling to students, addressing a wide range of issues, including academic challenges, personal problems, social conflicts, and emotional concerns. Career Guidance : Assist students in exploring their interests, strengths, and career goals. Offer guidance on college and career choices, including college admissions and scholarship applications. Academic Support : Monitor and assess students' academic progress, identify learning difficulties, and collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for improvement. Personal Development : Promote students' personal growth and well- being by helping them develop essential life skills, such as problem- solving, decision- making, and conflict resolution. Crisis Intervention : Respond to crisis situations within the school community, providing emotional support and connecting students to appropriate resources when needed. Group Counseling : Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, peer relationships, and career exploration. College and Career Readiness : Organize college fairs, career workshops, and college application assistance programs to prepare students for post- secondary education and careers. Conflict Resolution : Mediate and resolve conflicts between students and between students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. Parent and Teacher Collaboration : Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and address individual and systemic issues.
