As a Technical Analyst specializing in SCCM and Intune, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions for mid and large-scale enterprise environments. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance and security of SCCM and Intune systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing architecture blueprints, migration strategies, and compliance policies to enhance current operations. You will lead the deployment and configuration of SCCM and Intune environments, ensuring proper patch management, software distribution, and compliance settings. Monitoring infrastructure performance and reliability will be essential to maintain high availability. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SCCM and Intune services will also be part of your responsibilities. In the realm of security and compliance, you will develop and enforce policies to safeguard endpoints, implement security measures, and collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint compliance with corporate security policies. Your technical leadership will extend to providing guidance to other IT teams, serving as an SME for SCCM and Intune, and leading incident response and resolution efforts. Effective collaboration and communication with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders will be key in integrating SCCM and Intune solutions with other systems and services.
