As Blockwee expands its services into podcast production for clients in the Tech, AI, and Web3 sectors, the company is seeking an individual who possesses the skills to not only ensure that a podcast sounds great but also to facilitate its growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Research & Ideation: Identifying trending topics, formats, and styles within the Tech, AI, and Web3 podcasting space. - Content Development: Creating episode concepts, questionnaires, scripts, and show flows. - Guest Coordination: Reaching out to and coordinating with high-profile guests in the niche. - Production Oversight: Managing online podcast recordings, reviewing edits, and ensuring the final output meets trends and client expectations. - Distribution & Growth: Strategically publishing episodes across platforms such as YouTube, X, and Instagram to optimize engagement and reach. - Performance Tracking: Monitoring analytics and adjusting content strategy to enhance audience growth. The ideal candidate will have: - Demonstrated experience in scaling podcasts within the Tech, AI, or Web3 industries. - Strong research capabilities and the ability to identify emerging trends. - Exceptional writing skills for developing scripts and episode structures. - Hands-on knowledge of distribution strategies on platforms like YouTube, X, and Instagram. - A creative mindset with a keen eye for capturing audience attention. - Proficiency in managing guests, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
