Description

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on our construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, ensuring that all scaffolding work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to scaffolding operations.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and safety.
Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements for various projects.
Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment used on site.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision or related field.
In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards.
Strong understanding of construction site practices and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Certification in scaffolding safety and supervision preferred.
Proficient in using scaffolding design software and tools.
