Key Responsibilities:

• 🔹 Operate & monitor

  STP/WTP/RO/UF

  via

  SCADA

• 🔹 Perform

  CIP

  (Low pH: 2–3 | High pH: 10–11) &

  CEB

  for membrane cleaning
• 🔹 Monitor RO feed:

  SDI < 5

  , pH, TDS, chlorine
• 🔹 Handle

  chemical dosing

  : Antiscalant, SMBS, acid/alkali, polymer
• 🔹 Understand

  nitrification

  (aeration) &

  denitrification

  (anoxic)
• 🔹 Track parameters:

  MLSS, MLVSS, DO, SVI, Nitrate/Nitrite

• 🔹 Operate

  centrifuge

  for sludge dewatering (if applicable)
• 🔹 Ensure outlet standards:

• BOD <10 | COD <50 | TSS <20 | pH 6.5–8.5 | O&G <10 mg/L

• 🔹 Follow

  ISO SOPs

  , maintain daily logs & reports

Skills Required:

• ✅ SCADA & basic

  PLC operations

• ✅ Knowledge of

  STP/WTP/RO/UF systems

• ✅ Understanding of

  water quality norms

• ✅ Hands-on with

  troubleshooting & chemical handling

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience
