SCADA Operator Blending & Storage Tank System

The company, Jai Balaji Procon Pvt Ltd, is looking for a skilled SCADA Operator to oversee the blending and storage tank system at their Dankuni, West Bengal location. As a SCADA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the beverage bottling and plastic preform manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include operating and monitoring SCADA systems for blending, storage, and production purposes. You will be required to maintain real-time data accuracy, troubleshoot system alerts, and ensure the correct blending ratios for beverage production and raw material handling. Collaboration with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks will also be an essential part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience in SCADA operation, preferably in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, and industrial automation systems is crucial, as well as knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems. The ability to troubleshoot SCADA-related issues and optimize system parameters for improved efficiency is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and a willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns are important requirements for this role.
