Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage restoration of Manufacturing applications as quickly as possible in the event of a disruption within SLA.
Proactive monitoring & event management to maintain critical production systems availability.
Rapidly provide break-fix solutions to restore production system availability following outages.
Initiate and maintain regular communications with service support Operations, Production stakeholders, Technology group relating to Service Restoration disruptions and updates
Perform maintenance activities that reduce failure rates and downtime of equipment.
Applying effective risk controls to identify potential threats and minimize or remove a business impact.
Provides input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of action items affecting equipment reliability
Experience in
Cimplicity Scada and IGS, Microsoft SQL, VB Scripting
