Job Description

Job Purpose This role involves Monitoring WTG and making real time decision on controlling WTG, analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and guide the site team for its operations. The objective is to ensure optimal turbine performance, minimize downtime, and extend turbine life. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Collect Daily Generation report from all the operation site and compiling the report and sending to concerned persons. 2. Continuous Monitoring the WTG through SCADA and take the real time decision to control the WTG after considering all the technical aspects. 3. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets and provide actionable recommendations. 4. Analyzing of downtime and taking the corrective actions on the repetitive errors. 5. Plotting weekly/monthly power curves to check the turbines performance/curtailments etc. 6. Analyzing WTG major components temperature trends 7. Supporting the Site Team on WTG technical issues and Breakdown Deliverables 1. Key knowledge in PLC software interface, operation & maintenance relevant to monitor function and failure analysis work of wind turbine. 2. Knowledge of the principles & operation of DFIG wind turbines. 3. Knowledge of the principles & operation of IGBT modules. 4. Data analysis tools and languages (e.g: advance Excel). 5. Strong Technical analysis and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Should be able to work in shift basis (24x7 SCADA monitoring & controlling is done here) Profile & Eligible Criteria 1. Education: B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in EC/ EE 2. Experience: 8-10 Years for BE,10+ Years for Diploma 3. Worked on Wind Technical support. Main Interfaces 1. O&M Team 2. HQ team 3. Technical Team Location Bangalore, Karnataka
