Job Description

As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture, your role involves developing and deploying data-driven solutions for People transformation efforts for both global and local clients. Your typical day may include the following responsibilities: - Engaging with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns in order to determine the best OA solution - Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions - Defining data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs - Co-creating solutions and assisting clients in developing action plans - Building strong relationships with clients and fostering business growth - Contributing to T&O practice-building efforts Professional and Technical Skills required for this role include: - 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics and people management-related programs - Working knowledge of interpreting Natural Language Processing (NLP) based ML model results - Good to have NLP project exposure on any domain and knowledge of running python-based ML algorithms - Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies - Understanding of generative AI techniques such as variational autoencoders (VAEs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and autoregressive models - Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools - Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous - Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment In addition to the technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: - Natural leader who easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues - Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues globally - Determined individual who appreciates challenges and overcomes obstacles - Digitally savvy and a continuous learner Accenture offers a supportive culture focused on training, coaching, and continuous learning.
