S&C GN - T&O - OA NLP Data Science & GenAI - Analyst

Job Description: You will be an Organizational Analytics (OA) Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture. Your role will involve developing and deploying data-driven solutions for People transformation efforts for Accenture's Global and Local clients. A typical day might include engaging with clients to understand their challenges, analyzing complex data sets, defining data-backed people strategies, co-creating solutions, building relationships with clients, and contributing to T&O practice-building efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their challenges and determine the best OA solution - Analyze trends in data sets to develop business solutions - Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformation programs - Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans - Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth - Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics and people management-related programs - Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) based ML models - Good to have exposure to NLP projects in any domain and ability to run python-based ML algorithms - Data fluency and knowledge of statistical methodologies - Understanding of generative AI techniques such as VAEs, GANs, and autoregressive models - Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are advantageous - Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment Additional Company Information: You will be part of a team where you can establish relationships easily, collaborate with colleagues worldwide, appreciate challenges, continuously learn, and enjoy a transparent career path designed for rapid progression.
