Job Description

As a Japanese Bilingual Manager in the T&O practice at Accenture, you will primarily focus on the Japan market and collaborate with Japan-based clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a team to deliver Change Management projects in Japan, defining Change Management strategies to support business transformation, and driving digital transformation and culture change. You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth transition to new ways of working, design strategies for sustained behavior shift and culture change, and participate in proposal development and business development efforts with client account teams. Your role will also involve team management, where you will provide mentorship and support to consultants and analysts, collaborate with functional teams for enterprise-wide transformation programs, and engage in professional development for team members. Additionally, you will contribute to internal practice development efforts, including planning, recruiting, talent development, and training. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in managing programs with change management components, hands-on experience with Japan-based clients, and the ability to engage stakeholders and lead a team effectively. You should also possess strong communication skills in English and Japanese, with additional language capabilities being advantageous. A willingness to travel to and work in Japan for medium and long-term assignments is required. Overall, as a Change Management Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in driving change initiatives, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the T&O practice.,
