Role Overview: As a Process Reinvention Manager at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, your role involves driving enterprise-wide process reinvention by collaborating with clients to identify high-impact opportunities for transformation enabled by AI, GenAI, and automation. You will be responsible for shaping the reinvention roadmap, influencing C-suite priorities, and leading multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. Your work will contribute to reimagining and transforming organizations" value chains for the future by leveraging AI, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM. Key Responsibilities: - Drive enterprise-wide process reinvention by partnering with clients to identify high-impact transformation opportunities enabled by AI, GenAI, and automation. - Shape the reinvention roadmap, influence C-suite priorities, and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. - Contribute to pre-sales activities, deliver presentations, and develop proposals to help clients understand proposed solutions and their business impact. - Formulate and deploy agentic & AI strategies for clients, including creating AI blueprints and roadmaps, setting up and operating AI/IA COEs. - Design governance frameworks, safety layers, and model-ops for responsible GenAI scaling. - Create thought leadership content that articulates the perspective on Agentic & Intelligent Automation in the industry and for clients. - Develop tools and methodologies for the practical application of AI Agents, Process Mining, and process automation to address business problems. - Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance. - Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes. - Stay updated with key technology and industry trends.
