Job Description

Job Description: As a Consultant at Management Level 07, you will be responsible for providing Business Process Consulting services in locations such as Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, and Mumbai. Your primary skills must include Business Process Consulting, with additional expertise in Architecture, Design, R&D, Innovation management, PLM, BOM, Digital Twin and Thread space, Process Excellence, Digital Transformations, and SAP PLM Packages. You should possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, and an ideal educational background would be Engineering & MBA. In this role, you will be expected to be a self-driven and seasoned Consultant, capable of coordinating, organizing, and supporting the execution of transformations and improvements in PLM Programs for clients. You will also play a key role in building and growing the Engineering and R&D Digitization team. Working closely with leadership, you will define and deliver initiatives in PLM Enablement, BOM Management, Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread. Your responsibilities will include leading Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to foster innovation and process enablement for clients. You will also be responsible for curating assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, and Digital Twin and Thread areas. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for these initiatives. Furthermore, you should have a deep understanding of Product Data Management and the ability to drive the product journey. This involves defining PLM Roadmaps, designing processes, realizing value, and assessing PLM maturity. Your experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools will enable you to meet client needs innovatively. Finally, you will play a crucial role in enabling transformation in R&D by leveraging SAP PLM capabilities. This includes creating business processes for Package/Product design, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing, and supplier integration.,
