Full job description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Listings & Support Executive to handle all activities related to product listings, account management, and query resolution across multiple online selling platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with different marketplace panels (like Amazon,Amazon Vendor, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, LimeRoad, etc.) and have strong problem-solving skills to support daily operations. Requirements 2-3 Years of working experience in Ecommerce field. Must have knowledge of operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, and Myntra. - Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce panels (Amazon,Amazon Vendor, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, LimeRoad, etc). -Upload product images, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and inventory details accurately. -Monitor and respond to platform queries, customer concerns, and marketplace tickets. -Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and any policy violation issues. -Track performance of listings (visibility, sales, ranking) and suggest mprovements. - Assist the operations team with any additional tasks as needed for smooth e-commerce management. - Knowledge of Excel and Desktop is required. - Preferably, knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ecommerce Back Office Support & Customer Message Support. -Familiarity with bulk listing uploads (Excel/CSV files).
