Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Execute 1-2 projects at a time, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills. Lead sections of management meetings, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members. ### Job Requirements Strong analytical, executional, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, GenAI, and US GAAP is required. Experience in team handling and leadership is necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are vital. A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
