You will be joining our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive where your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. A key aspect of this role is effective communication, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and hands-on experience in SAP-related hiring. Your duties will include proactively sourcing candidates from various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers. Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to efficiently manage candidate pipelines will also be part of your role. Collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions is essential. Coordinating and scheduling interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience, conducting reference checks, and supporting the offer process are also key responsibilities. You will specifically handle recruitment for SAP-related roles, necessitating a clear understanding of the specific skill sets required. Building strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback, and representing the company positively to attract top talent are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be required to track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with SAP hiring experience, is required. Strong skills in sourcing and screening, the ability to quickly identify top talent, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers are also prerequisites. Proficiency in using ATS and the MS Office Suite is essential for this role.,
