SAP Workflow

Role Overview: You will be responsible for independently working as an expert in the respective SAP technical workstream for an SAP implementation/conversion/development/enhancement/support project. Your role will involve high-level design, detailed design, and development of technical/integration solutions to meet the business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and needs, participate in technical workshops, and drive discussions to define integration requirements and provide technical solutions. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, write technical specifications, manage projects and timelines, and provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements as required. You will also play a key role in driving innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts and interacting with SAP and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in ABAP RICEFW, OO ABAP with 6 plus to 8 years of experience in ABAP B2 or B3. - Experience in one or two end-to-end S/4 HANA project implementations or support. - Design and develop SAP Workflow templates, tasks, and configuration. - Customize and enhance standard workflows to meet specific business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues and errors. - Experience in OData, CDS development, Fiori app extension, and debugging. - Willingness to work in a challenging environment and handle multiple modules in SAP. - Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using SAP WebDynpro. - Customize, configure, and enhance FPM components to fit business needs. - Knowledge in BOPF/HCM will be an added advantage. - Experience in Fiori will be a plus. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP WF. - Ability to work independently as an expert in SAP technical workstream. - Strong skills in high-level design, detailed design, and development of technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills to work with clients and deliver integration requirements effectively. - Proven experience in managing projects, timelines, and providing expert support. - Strong customer responsiveness and satisfaction skills. - Willingness to adapt to changes and drive improvements in work processes. - Experience in SAP WebDynpro, FPM components, BOPF/HCM, and Fiori will be beneficial.
