Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Vertex professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Vertex and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Gather requirements from business stakeholders regarding tax-specific needs and document the client's current tax processes and configurations.
Design SAP-Vertex integration points based on the client's business processes and create detailed design documentation.
Configure SAP to integrate seamlessly with Vertex, set up tax-related master data, and ensure its correctness.
Identify areas where standard integration might not suffice and work with the technical team to develop, test, and implement custom solutions.
Conduct unit tests to ensure individual components work as expected and support business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist in the migration of configurations and custom developments to the production environment and monitor post-go-live activities.
Train end-users on how the integrated system functions and create user manuals and documentation to support the solutions implemented.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Vertex.
Strong knowledge of SAP Vertex and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in creating detailed design documentation and configuring SAP to integrate seamlessly with Vertex.
