Job Description

Gather requirements from business stakeholders regarding tax-specific needs. Document and understand the client's current tax processes and configurations.
Solution Design: Design SAP-Vertex integration points based on the client's business processes.
Create detailed design documentation, ensuring it aligns with tax regulations and client's business needs.
Configuration: Configure SAP to integrate seamlessly with Vertex. Set up tax-related master data and ensure its correctness.
Custom Development: Identify areas where standard integration might not suffice, and custom developments are needed. Work with the technical team to develop, test, and implement custom solutions.
Testing: Conduct unit tests to ensure individual components work as expected. Support business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the overall solution. Document test cases and outcomes.
Deployment: Assist in the migration of configurations and custom developments to the production environment. Monitor post-go-live activities to ensure smooth operation.
Training and Documentation: Train end-users on how the integrated system functions.
Create user manuals and documentation to support the solutions implemented.
