Job Description

As a SAP TRM Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and optimization of SAP TRM modules, including Cash Management, Risk Management, Debt & Investment Management, and In-House Cash. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with finance and treasury teams to design and configure end-to-end treasury processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA. You will be tasked with managing financial instruments, market data integration, and hedge management in compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be essential in supporting liquidity planning, cash positioning, and risk mitigation strategies across global operations, ensuring accurate reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of treasury operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP TRM modules. - Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to design and configure end-to-end treasury processes. - Manage financial instruments, market data integration, and hedge management. - Support liquidity planning, cash positioning, and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure accurate reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of treasury operations. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-14 years of experience in SAP Finance with a focus on TRM. - Strong knowledge in TRM, FI, CO, and market data integration. - Deep understanding of financial instruments and treasury operations. - Proficiency in S/4HANA Treasury and global rollouts. - Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
