SAP TM - Transportation Management

As a Technical SAP Consultant specializing in SAP TM-Transport Management, your primary role will involve handling the technical aspects of S/4HANA solutions. This includes system installation, customization, and integration tasks. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in the SAP TM module, its functionalities, and associated business processes. - Serve as an authority on integrating Business Processes with SAP Master Data and connecting various SAP modules with subscribing systems. - Provide guidance to businesses on the optimal utilization of the SAP system. - Review, analyze, and assess existing business processes within the SAP TM functionality. - Configure and manage relevant SAP TM components along with documentation. - Assist business users in end user training delivery. - Support the Extract, Transform, and Cleanse operations of SAP TM data objects. - Create and oversee SAP TM project tracks for necessary implementations or deployments such as blueprints, gap analysis, process design, testing strategies, cutover plans, and training. - Develop functional specifications for application development objects like interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms. Guide the development of these programs within the team. - Mandatory experience with S/4HANA. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-direction, and robust problem-solving abilities. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Display a strong executive presence and capability to interact with senior leadership. - Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery. - Hold certification in SAP configuration and/or specific SAP modules. - Previous experience in integrating TM with other modules is essential. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technical, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP TM development and implementation. - Functional expertise with a minimum of four years in Logistics applications. - Technical experience in SAP TM implementation. - Engagement in at least two full-cycle implementations in SAP TM. - Responsible for designing and implementing a business process. - Comprehensive understanding of cross-industry business process planning. - Familiarity with Supply Chain Business Processes.
