SAP Test Automation Engineer (Tosca Tricentis)

As a SAP Test Automation Engineer specializing in Tosca Tricentis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP applications through automated testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, or UFT for SAP applications. - Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to validate various SAP modules including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori. - Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and understand testing requirements. - Designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and third-party systems. - Identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects and issues, and closely working with the development team for resolution. - Optimizing and enhancing test automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency. - Performing test data management, environment setup, and test execution monitoring. - Ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements in SAP testing. - Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions to provide input on testability and automation feasibility. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior testers on automation best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in SAP test automation. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, UFT, or Selenium for SAP testing. - Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as SAP SD, MM, FI, HR, and PP. - Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or qTest. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or VBScript. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing in DevOps environments. - Familiarity with API testing and SAP Web Services testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Strong expertise in SAP Fiori/ECC testing with hands-on experience in functional and automation testing. - Experience in SAP migration projects, including data validation and reconciliation.
