The SAP Techno Functional Consultant in Pathlock is responsible for the design, development, testing & support to meet the business needs of Pathlock. Working closely with our Product Managers & Specialists to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance our product functionality.

Title: SAP Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Between 5 to 8 years of experience in ABAP development with good knowledge of SAP modules.
• 5+ years of SAP experience in SAP MM/SD
• Exp in SAP SD & its integration modules.
• Expertise in SD-OTC Process, Sales Order, Delivery &Billing Documents, Availability Check,
• Exp in MM -PTP Process, Subcontract, Consignment, STO, MRP, SAP Retail & EDI/IDOC Interfaces
• Should have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, Interface Programming Data Conversions, Enhancement Framework, and OO ABAP.
• Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
• Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test scripts.
• The candidate will be responsible for technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects.
• Ensure compliance with existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
• Perform analysis of critical issues for the project(s)/ product(s) and provide expertise towards resolution.
• Perform high-level analysis of any new requirements/ change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint.
• Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests.
• Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
• Assist initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform applied research.
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
• Develops technical specifications and works with other experts to complete object development and testing
• Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple teams
• Understands and applies Pathlock methodologies and procedures
• Implementation responsibility for the entire software product lifecycle

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of SAP ABAP and 5+ years of SD/MM Experience with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects
• Experience with an understanding of global technical support.
• Expertise in ABAP Development Workbench Objects and Data Dictionary
• Good understanding of OOPS ABAP Concepts
• Expertise in Module Pool Programming
• Expertise in ALV Reporting
• Strong Debugging skills
• Good Experience in Enhancement Framework
• Understanding of SAP Authorizations
• Understanding of SAP HANA
• Understanding of OData.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in software product development
• Experience or exposure to IT Governance.
• Exposure to Ariba.
• Understanding of GRC
• Exposure to ITIL Framework.
• Knowledge Open UI5, SAP UI5 will be a plus
• Experience in AMDP, CDS, SQL Scripts in SAP HANA will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to troubleshoot UI elements via developer options.
• Good understanding and working knowledge on Interfaces (IDOCs and Proxy)
• Good to have integration knowledge on SD and FI
• Excellent communication skills, including written and fluent spoken English,
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
