Key Responsibilities

• SAP S/4 HANA Expertise

• Lead and oversee technical aspects of

  SAP S/4 HANA implementations

  , ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Hands-on expertise in

  ABAP, OData Services, CPI, Adobe Forms

  , and advanced S/4 HANA development.
• Develop and optimize

  CDS Views, AMDP procedures, SAP workflows, SOAP messaging, and IDOCs

  .

• Project Leadership & Delivery

• Manage and guide a team of 35 SAP developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Lead

  WRICEF development

  (Workflow, Reporting, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms) ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee

  integration efforts

  with external systems and applications to ensure seamless interoperability and data consistency.
• Drive

  project planning, delegation, and prioritization

  to balance multiple projects and business requests effectively.

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Conduct

  high-level design sessions

  to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users in gathering requirements and specifications.
• Lead

  prototyping, PoCs, and feasibility studies

  to assess new technologies and solutions.

• Support & Incident Management

• Conduct

  incident/problem analysis

  , troubleshooting, and resolution, providing expert technical consultancy.
• Develop, enhance, customize, and maintain codes of SAP S/4 HANA applications and systems.
• Ensure

  system testing, integration testing, and unit testing

  are effectively planned and executed.

• Governance & Communication

• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting.
• Actively participate in business and status meetings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for

  continuous improvement

  in applications, processes, and system performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Minimum

  10+ years of SAP technical experience

  with strong focus on

  SAP S/4 HANA

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  ABAP, OData Services, CPI, Adobe Forms, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Workflows, SOAP, IDOCs

  .
• Proven experience in

  WRICEF development and integration projects

  .
• Strong leadership skills to

  mentor and manage technical teams

  .
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to provide

  creative, scalable solutions

  .
• Strong project management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with

  stakeholders at all levels

  (business, technical teams, and management).
• Experience in

  R&D, prototyping, and driving innovation

  within SAP landscapes.
