3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors HXM suite (Core HR / Employee Central, PM/GM and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Benefits, and Payroll) Mainly for Support and not implementation and would be comfortable to work 24*5

Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with end-customer (SuccessFactors Presales team), and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications Collaborate closely with other consultants on the Presales Helpdesk team

Demonstrate ability to handle and prioritize multiple issues concurrently and adapt to changing demands

Assess technical and functional issues with efficiency and expertise Understand a variety of implementation approaches for the SuccessFactors HXM suite and apply academic and practical skills to unique business requirements for our product demonstrations
