SAP Successfactors Employee Central - B03

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for the B03 project . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , with a strong understanding of core HR processes and SuccessFactors integration. Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to meet client-specific requirements. Gather and analyze business requirements, design business processes, and translate them into system configurations. Perform system configuration , data modeling , workflow setup , and role-based permissions within EC. Manage employee lifecycle events , organizational structures, and position management. Support data migration and validation activities using Import tools and Employee Central Data Models . Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with third-party and SAP systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, Benefits). Conduct system testing , including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide user training , prepare documentation, and support change management. Stay current with SuccessFactors quarterly releases and apply relevant updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and implementation. Proficiency in data models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Country-Specific Data Model). Experience with Foundation Objects , Business Rules , Event Reason Derivations , and Workflows . Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Picklists . Knowledge of Data Import/Export tools and admin center functionalities . Preferred Skills: Experience integrating EC with SAP HCM (Hybrid model) or SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Off, and Payroll . Exposure to SAP Integration Center , SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) , and API-based integrations . SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is preferred. Experience working on multi-country rollouts and localization requirements.
