Designation - SAP Successfactor Consultant

Location - Pune (Baner) Work From Office

  • Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Provide expertise in configuring, testing, and supporting various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment, Compensation, and Succession Planning.
  • Gather business requirements, analyse gaps, and design solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors.
  • Work closely with company HR and Implementation partner to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S4HANA and third-party applications as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, solutions, and customizations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve implementation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on implementation and support experience.

knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Recruitment, Compensation, and Succession Planning.

Experience with SAP HCM and other integrated systems is a plus.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in SuccessFactors integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SuccessFactors Integration Center).
