SAP Solution Architect

In this role as a SAP Solution Architect based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions in alignment with business objectives. Your primary tasks will involve developing SAP solution strategies, architectural designs, and implementation plans. You will analyze the current technology infrastructure and ensure its alignment with the business strategy. It will be your responsibility to define and enforce SAP solution standards, procedures, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop SAP solution strategies, architectural designs, and implementation plans. - Analyze current technology infrastructure and align it with business strategy. - Define and enforce SAP solution standards, procedures, and best practices. - Configure and customize SAP modules such as S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Fiori. - Ensure compatibility of system components and integration with other enterprise systems. - Lead testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP applications. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP upgrades, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. - Manage risks related to SAP solutions and ensure adherence to security protocols. - Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to meet business requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Design and implement training programs for end-users. - Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption strategies. - Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in SAP implementation and architecture; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred. - Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP modules and integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration), knowledge of ABAP, SQL, and system performance tuning, experience in SAP upgrade projects (technical and functional). - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, leadership and team mentoring capabilities. - Certifications: SAP Certified Solution Architect or SAP Certified Technology Associate (preferred).,
