SAP - SF Payroll & Integration Senior Associate

As a specialized consultant at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for a variety of business applications, particularly specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. By working in this role, you will assist clients in optimizing their human resources processes, enhancing talent management, and achieving strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from user teams - Guide functional teams on integration options for SAP and Legacy Systems - Highlight extensibility options in SAP SuccessFactors - Have exposure to employee central processes - Enable standard Badis - Map personal and wage type data in replication Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior Associate - Strong understanding of Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management, PMGM & LMS - Experience in integration architecture deliverables - End-to-end project lifecycle involvement - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in coordinating and teamwork - Experience in Mashups and SAML enablement - Familiarity with Integration center and intelligent services - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid - Knowledge of idocs and Extension Center - Degree or postgraduate qualification, preferably with HR specialization In addition to the technical skills required for this role, you will be expected to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, develop your personal brand, and deepen technical expertise.
