SAP - SF Payroll & Integration Senior Associate

As a consultant specializing in business applications at PwC, your role will involve optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. By working in this area, you will help clients enhance their human resources processes, talent management, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from user teams - Guide functional teams on integration options for SAP and Legacy Systems - Highlight extensibility options in SAP SuccessFactors - Have exposure to employee central processes - Enable standard Badis and map personal and wage type data in replication Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior Associate - Strong understanding of Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management, PMGM & LMS - Experience in integration architecture deliverables and end-to-end project lifecycle involvement - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in coordinating and teamwork - Familiarity with Mashups and SAML enablement, Integration center, and intelligent services - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid - Knowledge of idocs and Extension Center - Degree or postgraduate qualification, preferably with HR specialization As you excel in this position, you will be expected to respond effectively to diverse perspectives, generate new ideas using a broad range of tools, use critical thinking to solve problems, and reflect on self-awareness and strengths.
