SAP - Service Operations FICO Consultant

The SAP - Service Operations FICO Consultant role at Deutsche Bank's DWS in Pune, India is a part of the Project Lighthouse initiative aimed at transforming the Asset Management platform. This project involves separating DWS Corporate Functions into a cloud-based operating platform with enhanced capabilities, making DWS more competitive and agile in the Asset Management sector. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing a strategic technology landscape for DWS Corporate Functions in Finance & Procurement areas within the SAP S/4 transformation team. Your responsibilities will include providing S4 HANA Finance support to ensure a stable production environment, resolving complex functional issues, leading business discussions, coordinating with technical teams, and offering functional consulting support. You will work as an individual contributor in the S4 HANA Finance area and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve production support incidents and bug fixes/enhancements in existing S4 HANA Finance functionalities - Provide functional consulting support in SAP FICO areas such as GL, AP, Asset accounting, Accounts receivables, VAT, Cash management, Controlling, etc. - Support integrations with Ariba, Concur, and other finance interfaces - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to find solutions and maintain functional areas - Troubleshoot and resolve reported bugs/issues on applications Skills And Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Science or IT-related discipline - 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP and related technologies - Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance or FICO Module configuration - Knowledge of integration points with other enterprise applications - Exposure to ABAP is desirable - SAP FICO certification preferred - Analytical capabilities, communication skills, and attention to detail - Ability to work under tight deadlines, autonomously, and in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English (written/verbal) The role offers benefits such as best-in-class leave policy, parental leaves, childcare assistance, industry-relevant certifications, employee assistance program, insurance coverage, and health screening.
