Job Description

SAP Security Engineers/ Specialist

Design and build SAP roles and authorizations for S/4HANA and Fiori (catalogs/spaces/roles), tune SU24 proposals, and resolve SU53/STAUTHTRACE findings.
Maintain HANA user and privilege model (analytic/SQL privileges), and secure database artifacts.
Operate SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), manage SoD rules, assess access risks, propose mitigations, and process access requests.
Execute risk assessments for new changes, interfaces, and roles; document findings; drive remediation with functional and technical teams.
Support implementation of security controls with relevant IT, security and business teams
Support security patching (SAP Notes), baseline configuration, and hardening tasks under lead guidance.
Configure and monitor security logs (Security Audit Log, RAL), support SIEM integrations, and assist in incident investigations.
Prepare audit evidence, support ITGC/SOX testing, and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Partner with functional teams (OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP) to ensure least-privilege access aligned to business processes
Certifications (preferred)
SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP System Security and Authorizations
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control 12.0
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CEH
Preferred grade: Senior Associate/Associate/Manager
Relevant experience range: 2 – 9 years
