Job Description: Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build configure solution working with development team Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, WM etc. Build global O2C template and proposes process improvement plans Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations custom developments. Coordinating with business, As-IsTo-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team adoption of Agile methodology Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
