Job Description

Job Title: SAP SD Consultant - Advanced Return Management

Location:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with a strong background in Order to Cash (sales) and advanced return management expertise. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP implementation experience and be a subject matter expert (SME) in S/4HANA SD-ARM with cross-functional integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement to-be returns/reverse logistics solutions in S/4HANA within the context of the end-to-end (E2E) solution.
Propose fit-to-standard solutions where possible and identify the best extension options in line with Clean Core guidelines.
Conduct design workshops and configure finance processes, including Org Structure, Master Data, Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Intercompany Sales, Invoice Processing, and AR integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of return management processes with other SAP modules.
Provide support and troubleshooting for return management issues.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SD enhancements and best practices.
Utilize SAP Activate methodology and agile ways of working.
