Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

Lead and manage SAP SD module implementation projects.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Transportation).
Conduct gap analysis and suggest suitable solutions.

Business Analysis & Process Mapping:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD specifications.
Map business processes to SAP SD functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FICO) for seamless integration.

Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide post-implementation support and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Conduct system testing and UAT for new configurations.

Documentation & Training:

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and junior consultants.

Innovation & Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA SD innovations and industry trends.
Participate in knowledge-sharing forums and contribute to internal tools/templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
Strong understanding of the
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
process.
Expertise in
complex pricing procedures
,
tax setups
, and
intercompany processes
.
Experience with
SAP S/4HANA SD
is a strong plus.
Familiarity with
EDI
,
IDOC
, and integration with third-party applications.
SAP SD module certification preferred.
