Job Description

As an SAP SD HANA Architect, you will be responsible for the following: - Designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions - Working on support engagement, managing priority based tickets, understanding SLAs, and playing a vital role in identifying root causes - Contributing to competency development and working on Proof of Concepts/Proof of Values - Coordinating with the technical team on custom objects - Interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing solutions and methodologies - Managing a team, playing client-facing/lead roles, and mentoring team members Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-2 years of SAP experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects - Experience in SD/LE/CS Configuration and resolving critical incidents - Preferred experience in S4 HANA Logistics Execution - At least 4 full project lifecycle implementations with Sales & Distribution (SD) and other associated modules - Experience in integrating SAP solutions across other ERPs/SAP solutions - Experience with SAP technical environment including ABAP debugger, LSMW, SAP Query, etc. - SAP certification(s) preferred - ITIL experience preferred - Domain experience/exposure - Relevant SAP Certification - Flexibility to work in different time zones Additionally, you should have knowledge and experience in the following areas: - SD Organization Structure - SD Master Data - Basic Functions like pricing, text, partner, output, credit management - Sales Order Processing - Delivery Processing - Shipment Processing - Invoice Processing - User exits, VOFM Routines, and Customer Exits - SD Tables and Structures This role will require you to work effectively in a highly customized SAP environment, utilize integration technologies such as ALE, RFC, Web services, BAPIs, SAP PI, and others, and have experience as a team lead and/or mentor. Your experience in client-facing roles and working with integrations will be valuable in this position.,
